PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALES MADE AT DOUGLAS SYDNOR ARTIST ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any artwork purchased, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Before making a purchase, we encourage you to thoroughly consider your selection and review all available information, including images, descriptions, and dimensions of the artwork. If you have any questions about a specific piece, its condition, or any other details, we are here to assist you and provide additional information to ensure that you make an informed decision, so please contact us at doug_sydnor@outlook.com.

In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy in your order, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the artwork. We will work closely with you to address the issue and find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a repair, at our discretion.

For defective or damaged products, please take numerous, detailed photos of the damage or defects to the product and of all components of the packaging, damaged or otherwise. Then contact us immediately at doug_sydnor@outlook.com to arrange an exchange, repair or resolution.

Please contact us if you think you received the wrong purchase, art piece, or any other goods sold on our site. Please have your order # and any other contact details ready so we can assist you correctly.
